Can I refund or exchange my purchase?

Simple like Sunday doesn't offer refunds on purchases from our store, however we will gladly offer you an exchange, provided you contact us within 3 business days of receiving your product. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

Am I able to change my shipping address after purchasing?

Simple like Sunday aim to process and pack your order as fast as possible, so your delivery address can only be changed by our team as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us on info@simplelikesunday.com.au as soon as possible after placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Simple like Sunday accepts Visa and MasterCard via Stripe.

Am I able to purchase a gift card to use at a later date?

We are happy to offer our customers the option to purchase a gift card for a loved one or to purchase something at a later date. Our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. For example, if you purchased your voucher on the 16th of January 2016 you have until midnight on the 16th of January 2017 to use it.
