Decor for green thumbs

Indoor plants are becoming increasingly more popular within the interior styling space. Not only can they improve the air quality within your living areas, they also look great and evoke a natural feel. The rich green colours look awesome paired with crisp, clean white walls and timber textures but really... you can find something for any space depending on what look you want to achieve. Below we've given you our personal favourites...

Succulents

These little numbers we've seen all over instagram... they're very popular at the moment in concrete pots or even mini succulent gardens. Great as a bit of a home decor filler for that bare book shelf or coffee table centrepiece.

Ficus Elastica

This plant is a tad taller and would be great if you have an open corner that you need to fill. As we mentioned, the darker green leaf makes for a gorgeous contrast against pure white and wooden texture.

Cactus

Cactus are another really popular plant of the moment... spiky little buggers but gorgeous all the same. They come in all different shapes, sizes and types to suit your style and can be mixed with succulents (those who like low maintenance plants, these are for YOU)!

Aloe Vera

Apart from it's burn soothing and other healing properties, Aloe Vera is also a great plant for purifying the air within your home. Very structured in appearance, it's perfect for modern homes on coffee or side tables in the lounge or even on a windowsill in the kitchen, as long as it's not too hot.
